I can oversee and guide your management staff to enhance their performance and achieve the organisational goals identified. Coaching is the more personalised approach focussing on your managers individualised goals and their individual development plan; setting performance goals and expectations; conducting regular performance reviews; providing feedback on achievements and setting new targets; addressing challenges and providing solutions; monitoring progress.

This will guide your manager through the Key Lines Of Enquiries, relating legislation and regulation and how to achieve evidence in each domain. This also identifies a baseline rating for you to identify where current standards are at and develops and action plan to work from. Although called "Inspection" the process is entirely supportive to ensure the manager can develop and feel inspired. 

Clinical auditing for example medication management , care planning audits support with risk assessments all in relation to current regulatory standards and legislation as well as Best Practice Guidance such as NICE guidelines.
