CQC Pre & Post Inspection Support

Providing you with support and assistance  as well as guidance to ensure your organisation complies with regulatory standards set out by the CQC. This support can involve the reviewing of policies and procedures and clinical practice  to meet the legislation and regulatory requirements, conducting audits, preparing you and your team for an inspection to maintain high quality care and compliance within the Health & Social Care Sector. This also includes Notice of Proposal and Notice of Decision support.  

Management Support / Coaching & Supervision

I can oversee and guide your management staff to enhance their performance and achieve the organisational goals identified. Coaching is the more personalised approach focussing on your managers individualised goals and their individual development plan; setting performance goals and expectations; conducting regular performance reviews; providing feedback on achievements and setting new targets; addressing challenges and providing solutions; monitoring progress.

CQC Mock Inspections

This will guide your manager through the Key Lines Of Enquiries, relating legislation and regulation and how to achieve evidence in each domain. This also identifies a baseline rating for you to identify where current standards are at and develops and action plan to work from. Although called "Inspection" the process is entirely supportive to ensure the manager can develop and feel inspired. 

Auditing

Clinical auditing for example medication management , care planning audits support with risk assessments all in relation to current regulatory standards and legislation as well as Best Practice Guidance such as NICE guidelines. Quality & Compliance Support

We develop activities and processes for your organisation to meet current established standard's, regulations and guidelines. For example monitoring and improving the quality within your service. Implementing Quality Assurance measures to enhance client or patient care. Also developing and updating policies and procedures to meet compliance standards. Conducting regular compliance audits identify and rectify potential issues and implementing action plans for you. Providing training for your staff on current regulations and compliance.Support you in maintaining high standards of care 

Registered Nursing Support

 I am able to support Nursing staff with Compliance around NMC Code Of Conduct, Revalidation and Competency checks as well as Supervisions and clinical support.
